I need expert advice on classic cars 1970-1972 Oldsmobile?
I have parts of a 1971 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme (doors, hood, trunk lid, bumper, engine, transmission, etc.) I am very interested in buying a 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass but I discovered that the 1970 model is a "F85" body Fisher when the 1971 is an "A" Fisher Body. Can the parties of these two car sharing with themselves? I understand that the F85 is considered the "base" machete model and the Supreme is a step "up." With the pieces I have, Is it possible to create a model of an Oldsmobile cutlass Supreme Base model? Experts advise please. Thanks
Both are "A" bodies. 68 of 72 design models are very similar. And 70 and 71 of plate is very similar but with a new bell grille, headlights and assemblies, as well as new bumpers and taillights on the 71. So yes, many of the 71 parties could be used in 70.
