I have the same problem. I have a locked T-Mobile Wing and the GPRS does not work.?
I am currently living outside the U.S. and the GPRS does not work on my phone. I can connect to the internet when I'm in a WI-FI, but otherwise I can not. My cell phone company says that the "data" is still blocked. Any idea what this means? Any idea how to fix this problem? I am living in Jamaica and Digicel has for the professional cell. Many thanks!
Hello Ginger The issue is that the configuration of the phones are set to t-zones (T-Mobile Web) You have to manually change the settings for Digicell Wap / GPRS To do so, you have to call and ask for Digicell settings. Maybe they can text to your phone? http://www.digiceljamaica.com/digicel_live/GPRS_settings.php Once the settings, if you have to manually enter Push the Edge icon (the E next to signal strength), then click Settings, and then Manage existing connections. From there you just enter the settings that are given as to the evolution of setiings MMS, you may contact HTC (the manufacturer the phone) This at least get to the internet Greetings
