46 Israeli companies at Mobile World Congress 2009 | VC Cafe
The title = "Mobile World Congress"> Mobile World Congress 2009 will take place in Barcelona next week (Feb 16-19), under the cloud of uncertainty that the current economic crisis presents the mobile industry. Reports say that the organization Event expected to decrease by 15% in visitor numbers compared to the 54,000 who visited in 2008. A shrinking budget also affected the Israeli delegation to the GSMA, which has been reduced from 60 to 46 companies this year. That said, we have to remain optimistic and remember that innovations most advanced technology from the new operators, not incumbents.
