Billboard celebrates its Regional Mexican Music Summit, through October 8 in Los Angeles, where regional artists, concert promoters, retailers, sponsors, administrators, and record label, digital and mobile entertainment, marketing, advertising and radio executives come together to network, do business and discuss current industry topics.
