The award-winning Wynn Las Vegas Resort
The first edition of the Michelin Guide Las Vegas (2008) has been awarded five red pavilions, the lowest rating highest available, to Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Country Club. Wynn is the only resort in Las Vegas to receive such honors. Two coveted Michelin stars were awarded to ALEX, restaurant Alessandro Stratta of the same name and a star of the wing both Richard Chen Lei and Daniel Boulud Brasserie.
In North America, only eight hotels have been rated Michelin's highest five red pavilions, eight restaurants have received two stars and 55 restaurants have received one star. Wing Lei is the first Chinese restaurant and only Michelin rating on the continent.

Named for the internationally renowned chef Alessandro (Alex) Stratta, ALEX offers refined French cuisine in one of the most luxurious and opulent at The Tower Suites at Wynn Las Vegas. Chef Stratta creates seasonal menus inspired by the flavors of France.
In the hands of this gifted chef, even the simplest of ingredients are transformed and elevated to the summit of fine dining. ALEX has received honors including the AAA Five Diamond and Mobil Five Star award.
Wing Lei takes its place as the "Haute Chinese" restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas. Directed by rising star chef Richard Chen, Wing Lei offers guests refined Chinese cuisine in a beautiful and elegant. World-renowned chef Daniel Boulud and co-executive producer chef Wes Holton show mastery of French cuisine at Daniel Boulud Brasserie.
