I am currently in Taiwan and want to send a text message (SMS) on my mobile phone to China.?
My ISP is Virgin Mobile in Australia. I set roaming global. I can call and talk, but I can not send SMS. I'm using too dial 016 and 006 for the text. Can you help one?
