VoIP contact from Israel to South Africa, how?
I'm looking around for VoIP programs that can be connected to Israel and South Africa. There was a program called Global 1 Touch, which never manifests itself. It is a feature not yet common in Israel, or South Africa .. as I have understood Most VoIP companies are based in North America, and offers free calls to those customers there. Is this right? We would like to find a chance to talk for free, or at a low price per month basis, from one phone to another, mobile to mobile. This is also for friendship but even more Volunteer for a project of the Media and Trauma healing that we are designing with rural women in SA, and we need connection! Thanks Towo group
