Mobile Internet use kilobytes and megabytes with Internet radio.?

I wonder what happens when you use the Internet or radio for BBC radio online through, for example, the T-Mobile, which allows a maximum of 10 gigabytes per month fair usage policy. I know that 10 GB is a lot but I do not I know what it relates to the use to listen live to streaming radio. This is all I can listen to BBC Radio and Internet radio on my laptop while not have acess to a fixed line phone. I am concerned that, although during the whole day listening to the BBC to find that they have used all 10 gigabytes on the first day! I hope everyone understands my question and anyone can answer definatively. Thanks.

Well, I play online games and so does my brother, also see Video 4oD (4 on demand) and using about 6 GB per month so I'm guessing its fine.
