Is it possible to send and receive SMS/Text Messages to the mobile phone of someone living in another country if the carrier/service they are using is not listed under your own mobile phone’s carrier/company’s “International Text Messaging Country Code Provider List”?
Is it possible to send and receive SMS/Text Messages to the mobile phone of someone living in Ukraine who is on the carrier/service called “life:)”, which is a brand by a company called Astelit, from a mobile phone in the US which is on AT&T (iPhone)?
From your AT&T phone you can send and receive sms messages to Ukraine if your friend has service with Kyivstar or UMC. I send sms to Ukraine using Skype but cannot receive an sms in return, however my friend and I do chat using Yahoo Messenger.
If I were you, I would try to send the sms to your friend, using your iPhone and see if they return the msg.
