How can I stop my Windows mobile 5.0 from deleting all contacts while syncing to my laptop?
All of a sudden, everytime my Cingular 8125 windows mobile 5.0 phone ties to sync my mobile outlook contacts with my laptop outlook contacts, it syncs fine, then my mobile outlook deleltes all of the brand new contacts I just loaded.
i would suggest updating & running your virus software on your computer just in case…. because there is always something new out there….
then, i would contact Cingular about the problem. they should be able to make suggestions if not help you solve the problem.
