Sorry, 99% chance it will never happen. It’s said that no Windows Mobile 6.1 device can upgrade to 6.5, there might be somebrand-new ones that can because they were designed to be 6.5 compatible, waiting for the new version but couldn’t because of release dates being a little off (such as HTC Touch Pro 2 and Touch Diamond 2)… there is a very small chance, Samsung would need to release a specific firmware update though because the the technical differences are apparently too vast and new ‘Windows Phones’ as they’ve called them have to have a Windows Logo on the front.
However, XDA-Dev’s will surely work on it I think. If you don’t know that site, it’s where all the custom firmwares come from
