so I have the nokia 5310, and its not in good condition (physcally) and I wanted a new one, the external music controls eliminated due to poor body structure of the phone, so I need help if the customer approves T-Mobile my phone the behavior of the phone is good.
You are probably out of luck. Your best bet would be to call customer service at Nokia, said there is a problem with the phone and there is little physical damage, and try to get them to send you a refurb. If that fails, try the same with the customer service of T-Mobile.
