Airtel India’s GPRS or Mobile Office is down for 20 days how to make them Feel the Heat & Be Accountable?
Airtel India has been very dishonest in their business practice. None of the retailers mention that Airtel GPRS or Mobile office has become customers bug bear. Call the customer center and they ll tell you it ll be all right in 2 hours. This has happened for a month. I want to know do we have any business regulatory authority in India like BBB were such high profile companies can be made accountable. Don’t ever go for Airtel GPRS its a waste of money.
