How can I speak to a HUMAN Virgin Mobile USA Customer Service Rep???
I need to reach a customer service person for Virgin Mobile USA right away, but the only number they offer takes you to ALL automated voice help. None of the options are what I need and I need to speak with a person–does anyone have the actual customer service number???? Thanks!
Try pressing 0 during the automated system recordings. Sometimes it takes you right to a live CSR.
