Problem – Video can only be sent at a low resolution by mobile phone

Solution
Film video at a high def and use hardware and software to split the screen into quarters. Each quarter is the maximum size which can be sent over a mobile phone (1 sim card).
Each quarter is then sent over the mobile network at once so 4 sim cards will be needed.
The quarters are then put back together to form the original image at a higher definition than was previouly possible.

More segments the original image is broken into the more sim cards will be needed but better the quiality.

I imaging this would be too expensive for normal personal use but for TV companies, Governments and the Military it would be excellent.
