I have a T-Mobile Wing, which runs on Windows Mobile 5.?

I have a T-Mobile Wing, which runs on Windows Mobile 5. "I can upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 if so, how? Also I have to read Chinese in IE, but it has Chinese language support, I can get, if so, how?

I truly believe that the wings are running 6 to download the microsoft wordpacks
