BATT Panasonic phone. Most of them have little or no power. 1. Can they be charged if the DC charger produce? 2. Does the battery charge if i ruin 4.8V; 400mA charge if a 5V/350mA? 3. My battery charge if i burn an 9.6V, 700mA with a 5V/350mA? What will happen?
