Video cameras in the area of the pool?
We live in a mobile home park. The park houses recently in the pool and spa area. My problem is that the video screens are visible through the window of the office park 24 / 7. This means that anyone can access the video without the knowledge of the park or residents. The pool is private, (buildings / shrubs to block all visual access) but with the moniters visible to the public, anyone can be watching with out our knowledge. Is there a law or code that may be made to get off the moniters (or even close the blinds to the office) during business hours? My problem is with the moniters and location, not the cameras themselves. Thank you.
Gather a few people who feel the same as you and talk to people who are by the pool and cameras. Tell them your concerns and ask as many questions as you need. In general, if enough people are concerned about it, they will temporary or permanent solution to the problem. But even if it's just you, at least consider their concerns and find a solution.
