Complaint to orange! Do you think I receive compensation?
Hi folks, I lost my SIM card abroad … and I reported it to Orange from two weeks ago … said it will take 2-3 days of work each time I call indicated the downward direction and then Maling not send me my new sim card I've been so tired frsutarted and call your service representatives of the customers who always make the same mistake … I have been without a phone for two weeks and now this that contacst affetced both my social and professional and I also means two weeks half a month of the contract that I have not been by … (I pay € 30 a month) do you think will be compensated if I complain? What is the address to send it to? I'm based in Bristol UK. Thansk for your help and advice
I lost not them. all you can do is chase them for a new sim.
