I need help with orange mobile message of change for calls and how to listen to messages left?

I wonder what number they can call – if you are a ornage customers – so you can change the reply message (for example: – if the phone is off you can hear this and leave a message), I also need to know how you can hear this message. Does orange has some numbers to call. any help is appreciated. any idea appreciated.
I called the Orange customer services yesterday about getting another sim with my number, call 450 from your orange, there will be a by 1 out of 25 p to connect, but while you are on the line to push the call cost more and texts, i got free extra 300 texts for only begging is likely to be connected to the call center in Newcastle that I think have a +++++, customer service at best to be on the network.
