External Hard drive not recognized when connected to the internet?
It’s never been a problem before : I Have one of those ROCK Mobile Disk External Hard Drives that i bought off of EBay. 700 GB. For some unknown reason, my Dell Desktop PC doesn’t recognize the hard drive when i connect my NetGear Wireless USB card. Windows give the pop up error that says ” USB device unrecognized”. So it’s really annoying, i can’t access any files on my external hard drive while tryin to be connected online at the same time. 
so it’s either one or the other but never both simultaneously). i’ve used both these devices for over a year already : so what gives?>??? Please help, thanks in advance
the external hard drive needs to be booted from, you can’t use to hard drives at once simple and elegant just get a windows cd and boot from it and install windows on that hard drive then bam you ahve an extra version of windows portiable
