I bought an external hard drive called Rock Mobile Disk off of ebay, and I can not get it to work …?
It's the kind where you simply plug a USB port and are supposed to work alone. Well, I recognize, but there is no way to move files to it, or install. I checked the website and says it should have a read me file, or something, and there, but there is nothing in the read me file … How I can get this to work out? It is an iBook, so we have no Windows programs …
Is it that appears on the computer? If so, you probably need to format the system partition on the right. Windows: Click in the external drive icon and choose "Format", the rest should be easy. Probably only need to click format …
