Why is T-mobile customer service rude.unhelpful,sh!tty to prepaid customers?
I bought a 08 sidekick,my boyfriend a LX.we call for assistance and get no help.they tell us to go to a store.then the store tell us to call costumer service.then they just transfer us just to say they cant help.I think because we dont have a contract and just prepaid we dont deserve full service.All costumer important no matter if prepaid or contract.
