does any one know an email address for T-mobile?
I’ve wrote a letter of compliant about T-mobile but I think an email would be quicker as I want this resolved ASAP. Basically the insurance was stopped months a go and T-mobile were still taking the extra 5 pounds on top of my monthly bill out of my account. This isn’t all that this fantasic providers done! If anyone knows please could you help? I went on the website and you’re only allowed to put so many words each compliant. And as for phoning, well, not the most helpful customer relations in the world.
I don’t know of an e-mail address for t-mobile,The only option you have is to go back to their website and click on “contact us” at the bottom of the page.There is an e-mail link there.You could briefly say what the problem is and also state that you are sending more details by letter.If i were you i would cut my losses and switch to another provider,such as O2 or Orange.
