AT & T or Verizon … in terms of customer service these two cell phone companies go, can you tell if you have?
of these companies how your customer service experience with either has been. T-Mobile and I sucked the relationship with customers. I had some problems and is continuously reference to another department and could never get the help he needed. Very frustrated with them I switched. In a survey, Verizon has 4.5 and AT & T has 2 / 5 for customer. However I like the phone and service (refinancing plan) AT & T offers is only 08.10 just seems people I see have Verizon so they must be doing something right or better. Please give me some suggestins, input or feedback.
Verizon has the best customer service and better coverage of any U.S. carrier. AT & T would probably be in a lot of problems if you do not have the Iphone.
