Go to the top of control over T-Mobile?
I dispute a charge for T-Mobile. When I call the customer line 800 and ask to speak with a manager, the representative assured me that he is entitled as a manager to handle my problem. Then refuses to delete the charges even though I say I have evidence to prove that the accusations were not made by me. When I ask if I send my test to be considered, she says no one else can handle it – he is authority. Ok, so what is my next step? I am absolutely NOT going to pay these charges. How will I be denied the opportunity to present my evidence of tangible to get the charges cleared? There must be a higher power than this guy.
1) What cost, depending on what is the will to make a difference their chances of obtaining credit. In the case of direct billing, as mblox or other biller 3rd party, most companies know that usually is a scam and a solution for you. In the case of minutes / text / internet usually is not much you can do unless you are planning. 2) always a supervisor, if they refuse, ask to file a grievance complaint, or simply thank them for their time, hang up and call again.
