What makes T-Mobile such a bad company? I have them and I haven’t had a problem with them in 3 years…?
If anything Verizon should be a dying company. Their customer service is shit and they charge for ridiculous things. The only good thing about them is their signal.
T-Mobile at least has decent customer service (at least in my experience).
I’ve had T Mobile for a few years now and my experience with them vs Verizon seems to be about the same as yours.
