I have a Virgin Mobile cell phone I recently activated.?
I `m in a prepaid sevice, and every time I recharge my account, money mysteriouly" disappears "and I` m on Virgin said at the beginning either immediately or lose my account! I can not get anywhere with customer service. They just finished doing a bigger mess than it was! i `m sure half of its staff who are on drugs, and can` t add 2 +2, let alone help anyone with your account! Its customer service department consists of all partially ignorant brain-dead donkeys are only good for losing your money! Does anyone know of a phone number Mobile manager of the Virgin or above you can contact in Canada to get some competent help, before driving me crazy?

Second, we must go to a different supplier, either Verizon Wireless, or any company of unlimited calls for a set monthly price. Virgin Mobile is the absolute joke of the mobile industry next …. companies such as Cricket and Metro PCS (which I believe in silence is the same company under a different name, depending on the market that originate in their services).
