Why is Virgin Mobile still down?
Virgin Mobile USA text messaging has been down since yesterday around 10 am (CST). It is starting to really piss me off… I called customer support, once yesterday and they said it would be fixed within 24 hours… this was 28 hours ago… I called them once again, and said it will be up soon with no longer then 24 more hours! Does anyone know why this is still down? I love my texts, and actually was in the middle of some important work texts…

what ever the problem they’re well aware because it’s every virgin mobile customer.
it’s aggravating, we all know. but if they don’t want to lose customers they’ll have it up soon!!!
