I see the flash video in my Moto Q?

I have Windows Mobile 5.0 on my Q and can not play flash videos online like yahoo, cmt mtv … am the way and I have my pc so I would like to download a player directly to my phone .. I tried Adobe and Adobe Lite for smartphones and does not load correctly, I think I have to charge my first home PC …. Any ideas ….?? Oh, it is an Alltel Motorola Q.
