Okay, so I'm an HP iPaq for a friend in Russia. the problem is that it is in Russian and do not come with a CD. Is there any way I can get a version of English in it? If you do not think it will get used to it. (I am Russian, but prefer English)
Windows Mobile has in it more 100 languages. It's a matter of finding someone who speaks Russian to find the menu to select the languages. Another way would be to reset "hard" to return the device is "outside the box" configuration.
