How to install a theme / skin on Windows Mobile 5.0 (Pocket PC)?

I have a Dell Axim X51v with Windows Mobile 5.0. I'm trying to install a theme / skin but when i tap the installer (uncompressed) on my pocket pc (not install from the desktop via Active-Sync), but only takes me to page apply skin configuration, without the option of using the downloaded skin.
