I’m going to purchase the Motorola Q C 9 Windows Mobile 6.1 phone, through a cell phone provider, licensed under the Sprint network and I am not intending to purchase the data plan, since I don’t need it. But I was wondering if there was like a pre configured gps software that I can install onto it, that dose not require internet access? I think the answer probably is “no”, but I was just wondering…
