Windows can not load the device driver – Vista?
My mother has bought a second hand Acer laptop from a stranger and surprise surprise, does not work. The operating system is Vista and I think the model is Aspire 5630 or BL50. When I put a CD in the drawer, turn on the light side but nothing happens. I tried it in JPEG files music. When you go to My Computer, nothing appears there either. Since then, I went to device manager to see the DVD / CD and says Windows can not load the driver device for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.
